Just Cuts has snipped its way into Cross Gates Shopping Centre in spectacular style and delivered over 130 haircuts to their new Clients over grand opening weekend. The Australian hair salon chain cut the ribbon to their new salon on January 23rd and immediately made waves within the local community.
Just Cuts has gelled their innovative salon and three decades of Aussie heritage into the heart of Leeds and introduced the concept of “no appointment necessary” to locals. Salon Team Leader, Tanya Middleton, is excited about the opportunity and the easy-to-use client booking app which has got people talking.
“The salon has brought us a little new year magic and we hope the people of Leeds will continue to support us in the future. This city holds a special place in my heart and to do something that I really enjoy with the most talented and determined girls is an absolute pleasure. We’re ready to tackle our first full week in the salon and hopefully create the same buzz for weeks to come!”
The first 30 customers through the doors were treated to a free Style Cut delivered by one of the fully-trained Stylists. The buzz of the new salon quickly began to resonate throughout the whole shopping centre, with people stopping by and taking a peek at what the latest addition had to offer.
The brand’s General Manager, David Mathie, is thrilled with how opening day turned out, “Right from the very moment we cut through the ribbon, the salon was full. There was a real buzz on social media in the week leading up to opening, but the turnout was so much better than we expected. It’s a real testament to the team of seven stylists and their hard work – both in the run up to the opening and on the day!”
The salon is offering a six-week, exclusive deal to clients where they can get their cut at a discounted price – down from £19 to £15.
