We’ve had an exciting year here at Just Cuts and JUSTICE Professional, with so many new things happening and so many more in the pipeline for 2019! We’ve been so excited to share all the great milestones with our Franchise Owners across our growing network of 216 Salons. We wouldn’t be able to do anything without the support of our Franchise Owners so a huge thank you to you all!

As the largest hairdressing franchise in the Southern Hemisphere, this year we made our first steps toward expanding to the Northern Hemisphere. We opened our first UK Salon at Just Cuts intu - Lakeside in Essex and we’ve got our first Franchised UK Salon in the works and ready to open early in 2019, so keep an ear out for news on our journey across to the other side of the world.

Setting our sights on the UK didn’t slow down our growth at home. This year we opened eleven brand new Salons across Australia and New Zealand with two additional Salons moving from Kiosk models to full in-line Salons, a great place to start if you’re looking at opening a franchise in a new location.

This year we celebrated 20 years of support for the Royal Flying Doctors Service in Australia and raised over $17,562 through our annual Cut-a-Rama event as well as an additional $30,000 at the launch of the event for the annual Outback Car Treck making a total contribution of $47,562 in 2018.

We’ve been lucky enough to re-sign our fabulous Brand Ambassador Grant Denyer and add Chezzi Denyer as our newest Ambassador – this is the first time both husband and wife have been officially affiliated with Just Cuts and we’re incredibly excited to have them both on board with the brand.

This has also been a year where we’ve introduced change in how we reward and encourage our Stylists. Without Stylists, we don’t have Salons and the importance of encouraging and engaging our significant network of over 3,000 Stylists in the Just Cuts brand is significant. We created a Stylists Facebook community where we now have over 500 members who share styling tips and advice, and significantly we launched our JUSTICE Professional Stylists app to help increase and reward retail sales. The App  rewards our Stylists for sales with trackable point system and prizes as well as providing the major reward of a Wellness Conference in Hamilton Island for our top performers.

With the growth of our JUSTICE Professional brand and Warehouse, we’ve pushed heavily to make retail a stronger focus of the Just Cuts business model and make it easier for our Franchise Owners to stay stocked-up and to make additional income through our exclusive product range.

With huge growth potential we’re excited to see where 2019 will take us! If you’d like to share our future milestones with us, we’re always looking for people to become a part of the Just Cuts community. If you’re a fully qualified Stylist looking to grow your career with a trusted Australian brand, we want to hear from you! Visit justcuts.com.au/careers/ to find out more.

Or, if 2019 is the year you open your own Just Cuts salon and style your work and life your way as one of our trusted Franchise Owners, we’d love to partner with you! If you want more information on how to become a part of our brand, want to find out what sites are currently available or have any questions at all, contact the Franchising Team on 02 9527 5444 or email bdm@justcuts.com.
